Exchange or Return of Goods

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Best Online Supplier. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 3 days of receiving your product. Please read our guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all the original packaging and tags intact.
  • Mobile phones and accessories are eligible for return, subject to inspection and approval.

Return Process:

  • Contact our Customer Support Team within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order details and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Pack the items securely, including all original packaging and tags. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the product back to our designated return address using a reliable courier service with tracking capabilities. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
